From the moment you walk into this home, it’s clear that the layout and finishes have been thoughtfully redesigned. The entire interior was remodeled. One of the biggest changes took place in the kitchen, where we completely reimagined the layout. We removed the old peninsula to open up the space and installed a brand-new center island, making it a functional and inviting hub for cooking, gathering, and entertaining.
Custom Cabinetry by Morro Bay Cabinets
The cabinetry throughout the home was custom-built and installed by the talented team at Morro Bay Cabinets. Their work is showcased beautifully in the kitchen and bathrooms, where clean lines and high-quality finishes create a modern yet warm feel. They also crafted the custom cabinetry surrounding the fireplace, turning it into a striking focal point of the living area. Their attention to detail and expert craftsmanship added elegance and cohesion throughout the house.
Stunning Tile Work by Mr. Tom’s Tile
Another standout element of this remodel is the tile work, completed by the experts at Mr. Tom’s Tile. From the stylish fireplace surround to the luxurious master shower, and even the guest bath shower and all countertops, their team delivered flawless execution. The result is a home with beautiful surfaces that are both durable and timeless.
Durable, Stylish Flooring by Templeton Floor Company
To complete the transformation, Templeton Floor Company installed luxury vinyl plank (LVP) flooring throughout the entire house. The LVP offers the perfect balance of durability and visual appeal — it’s easy to maintain and gives the home a cohesive, modern look from room to room.
